Huichuan Technology has launched its first small PLC H5U using EtherCAT bus, allowing line equipment to run at full speed. Supports RS485, CAN, Ethernet, and EtherCAT interfaces, enabling multi-level network communication; Ethernet interface supports ModbusTCP protocol and socket communication
Motion control
Based on PLCopen's motion control instructions, it can achieve up to 32 axis motion control; The host supports 4-axis 200KHz pulse output and 4-channel 200KHz high-speed input
Protecting autonomous processes
Using LD/SFC programming, encapsulating process instructions through FB/FC functions to form a custom process library, thereby achieving program reuse; Encapsulation libraries are reused in a way that is not visible to the program, protecting autonomous processes
Support for expansion modules
The host body comes with 16 inputs and 14 outputs, including 4 high-speed inputs, 4 medium speed inputs, and 4 high-speed outputs, which can achieve 4-axis pulse output and 4-axis encoder counting; Up to 16 local expansion modules can be expanded
Circular interpolation/cam/gear
