ES810 multi machine drive servo driver is a multi-point drive servo system developed by Huichuan, consisting of a rectifier unit and multiple sets of inverter units in parallel, with a power range of 2.2kW~126kW. ES810 supports EtherCAT communication and can achieve synchronous operation of servo drives within the network. It supports working modes such as position control, speed control, and torque control. In addition, closed-loop control of injection speed and pressure has been designed for fully electric injection molding machines, which have excellent injection molding process performance. The servo driver has functions such as rigid meter setting and inertia identification, making debugging simple. ES810 is compatible with ESMQ, ESMG, and ESMH series servo motors, equipped with a 23 bit multi turn seismic encoder for faster response and higher reliability. Suitable for automated equipment such as plastic molding, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, SMT machines, printed circuit board punching machines, handling machinery, food processing machinery, machine tools, conveyor machinery, etc.
